So bad don’t even bother Albert mix Botox with other thinks so much that Botox don’t even last in your face more than one month … at first I was happy he’s cheapest but I realised u have to pay double cos Botox doesn’t work and he’s not very good with fillers as well anyways it’s what I do and I didn’t see any results

worst service ever seen. i came here today. she spoiled my whole eye brows. When i came back to fix it. Instead of fixing it she straight way said come tomorrow. she said i have wasted a lot of time. what do you mean. Thats your job. If you dont know how to do it please dont do it. Never recommend anyone there. she deserves less than 1 star.

I could spend all day here. Chris is such a lovely beautician. She caters the treatments to what I really need. My 49 year old sun damaged skin has become so fresh and youthful again without botox or fillers. Who would know you could do that. My boyfriend says I'm looking younger. Chris is so amazing. I want to keep my secret beautician all to myself.

It was my second session with Resus. The only reason I decided to go back for IPL to Resus was that they really made me comfortable when I was there for the first time. My session was done in an extremely professional way. However, this time it was extremely disappointing. The person attending me seemed in a great hurry, didn't even shave my hair properly. I am not even sure if the required area was even covered completely in such a haste. I feel one has to understand that it's not a routine activity that One comes for and can be overwhelming for some people. She didn't even bother to answer my queries properly and was just asking me to lie down for the session repeatedly. Very disappointing and would not like to come back.Five stars and a big Thanks to only Katie for attending me when I came to Resus for the first time. I think u guys need more staff like her.

I attended the clinic for attention to my increased facial skin pigmentation that had become more apparent to me as I have progressed through my 50s.I was treated professionally, respectfully and courteously.I had two treatments approximately a month apart producing a very pleasing result.All the areas of pigment that had concerned me were restored to a blemish-free condition.I fully intend to return on perhaps an annual basis for ‘preventive maintenance’ - no less than I would do for my car!Would highly recommend.

AVOID! Terrible service. Went for a gel pedicure and got shunted from one person to the next while several people did my pedicure with me left sitting there waiting for the next one to finish . Very rude manager who claims he is in charge" when I asked where did my lady go and is she going to finish the pedicure while I was left sitting there.Zero communication and a mediocrepedicure at best. No massage

Great customer service, get all my treatments here. I drive from south of the river just to go here.
